This policy explains which personal data Belfa Properties collects through belfaproperties.com, why we collect it and what rights you have. It applies to the English and Dutch versions of the website.

• Contact form: your name and email address and, if you choose, your phone or WhatsApp number, the location of your property, the type of help you need and your message.
• Email and WhatsApp: the details and messages you send us.
• Statistics and advertising data, only with your consent: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and actions such as sending the form or clicking the WhatsApp button.
• Technical data: your IP address and browser details, which our hosting provider processes to deliver and protect the website.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

• To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and provide our services: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and performance of that contract (GDPR article 6(1)(b)).
• To measure visits and the results of our Google ads: your consent (article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
• To keep the website secure and working: our legitimate interest (article 6(1)(f)).

We do not sell your data and do not use it for automated decision-making.

4. Who receives your data

We use these service providers, which process data on our behalf:

• Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, security and email forwarding.
• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co): delivers messages from the contact form to our inbox.
• Google: our email inbox; Google Fonts (the website's fonts are loaded from Google's servers, which receive your IP address); and, only with your consent, Google Analytics and Google Ads.
• WhatsApp (Meta): if you contact us via WhatsApp.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer relies on safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up. If no assignment follows, we delete them once they are no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep them longer, for example invoices and tax records. Statistics are kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time. Email info@belfaproperties.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).

7. Cookies

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. This website only uses statistics and advertising cookies if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time: Cookie settings

Google Consent Mode

We use Google Consent Mode v2. Until you give consent, Google tags do not set or read statistics or advertising cookies. They only send limited signals without cookies, such as that a page was viewed or a form was sent, which Google may use to estimate totals. If you accept, full measurement is switched on. If you reject, it stays off.
