Every visit follows the same checklist and ends with a report with photos and video. The more often we visit, the lower the price per visit.

If a visit finds something that needs fixing, or you are planning a renovation, you first receive a separate quote. Nothing happens without your written approval.

- All prices include 21% Spanish VAT (IVA).
- Area: the city of Barcelona. Outside the city, we agree travel costs with you in advance.
- Visits are carried out by Belfa or by regular, trusted people from our network, always with the same checklist.
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours in advance. After that, we charge 50% of the price.
- Monthly subscriptions have a minimum term of 6 months and can then be cancelled monthly.
- Checks of electrics, ventilation and pipework are visual. They are not a technical inspection or certification.

Do the prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices on this page include 21% Spanish VAT (IVA), so you see the price you pay.
What happens if a visit finds something broken?
It goes in your report, with photos. For repairs you first receive a separate quote, and nothing happens without your approval. If something is urgent, such as a leak, we contact you straight away.
Who carries out the visits?
Belfa or regular, trusted people from our network. Everyone works with the same checklist and supplies photos and video, so every report looks the same.
My property is larger than 130 m². What does it cost?
We will give you a tailored price. Send us the address and a short description of the property.
Can I try a single visit first?
Yes. A single visit shows you exactly how we work and what the report looks like. You can then choose a subscription.
